Manmadhan Ambu is a forthcoming Tamil romantic comedy film .Kamal Haasan’s ‘Manmadhan Ambu’ is scheduled to hit screens by second week of December. With the most successful team of Kollywood coming together, it’s obvious that the film will surely create sensation amongst the fans. Some of the closer sources have revealed the film’s outline as the story goes this way.The film revolves around Gopal (Madhavan) is madly in love with an actress Ambujam (Trisha). To clear his doubts, he appoints a best detective in town (played by Kamal Haasan).Ambujam is now on a cruise for film’s shooting and the spy follows her up as on assignment and both get acquainted. Sooner, the spy’s love (Sangeetha) mistakes their relationship which resulted in unexpected confusions. Now it’s up to Gopal to clear up the problems that is followed by a happy ending.Suriya will be playing a cameo role and it looks he may shake legs with Trisha for a song. ‘Kalavani’ fame Oviya, Ramesh Aravind, playback singer Usha Utap and few others will playing important roles in this romantic travelogue.

Mynaa is a journey of love. The story is about two characters called Surli and Myna and about their love. Director Prabhusolomon, who last directed 'Laadam', is back from a hiatus with the movie.

Udhayanidhi Stalin is a happy man now. His decision to distribute ‘Mynaa’ along with Kalpathi S Aghoram’s AGS Entertainment has been winning appreciations from various quarters, with the latest being the Censor officials.

Only recently at the audio launch event of the film, speakers including Kamal Hassan, R Parthiban and Bala among others lauded the young producer for coming forward to release such a ‘quality film’ despite having no big stars.

Responding to this, Udhayanidhi said, “There is no big film or small film. It’s the audience who decide whether a movie is big or small only after its release. Everything depends on the story, the way it is narrated and the performance of actors”.

And now, Censor officials who have watched ‘Mynaa’ have appreciated Udhayanidhi and the film’s director Prabhu Solomon. “The officials were deeply touched and said that Mynaa will definitely find a place in the list of good films of Tamil cinema”, sources say.

Newcomer Vidharth and Amala Paul play the lead roles. The movie has cinematography by M Sukumar and art direction by Vairabalan. “D Imman’s numbers would be a plus for the movie”, says Prabhu Solomon.
